The coaching and motivation you will receive from our Fit30 trainers will not only keep you safe but also ensure you reach your goals. In just 30 minutes with Fit30, an adult male will usually burn 500 to 800 calories and an adult female 300 to 500 calories, and you will be energized for rest of the day.


Fit30 is a professionally designed training system that utilizes elements of boxing, kick-boxing, functional and other traditional exercises to create a full body workout that can give you incredible results in just 30 minutes. You can burn up to 800 calories in only 30 minutes!
