  • How is the program set up?

    Every week, you'll receive an email with instructions for what to focus on. This includes a detailed handout, guided videos, and your practice tracker. 

  • How mobile do I need to be?

    This program is set up for beginners to advance. We share modifications for each movement. The goal is to focus on what you're capable of when you start and to practice and build on your skill set. 

  • What if I would like additional support?

    We can help! There are three different options for this program. You can purchase Foundations, which is entirely self-guided. 


    If you would like some accountability, then you can go with our Guided package. This includes weekly check-ins with our coaches, plus you can send in videos for form checks. 


    We know some people would also like to work with a coach to ensure maximum results, so we have an additional option — Elevated. You'll get all of the above, plus 2 in-person or zoom sessions at the beginning and end of the course. 

  • What is covered in this program?

    We start with going over how to breath because this is really a missing piece in developing your core and increasing your mobility. 


    We have a section that is focused on increasing static core strength, another on dynamic core that is more reflective of how we move in real life. 


    The program includes upper body and lower body movements, plus a series of mobility flows. We teach people how and when these exercises should be used.

Meet Kellie White and Laura Harris, the coaches who developed of the FreeMotion Mobility & Core Program. They have also experienced painful injuries that impacted their training and their lives. In the journey of recovery, both realized how important preparing the body is. And not just for lifting weights, but also in “doing life.” 


Read Their Stories


Kellie Shares:

I was a gymnast, dancer and cheerleader for 15+ plus years so flexibility and mobility have always been a part of my life. The funny thing is, when I was younger and actively involved in those sports, I remember thinking that flexibility training was a waste of time. At that point in my life it came naturally to me so I felt like I didn’t need to retain/implement any of those practices at that time.


Fast forward 15 years and sometimes all it takes is getting out of bed for me to be reminded of the importance of core stability. I realized that I needed to retrain my brain and bring back that mobility/flexibility aspect to my warmups and my  lifts or I was always going to wake up feeling stiff and sore.


It was a big mindset shift going from always being taught to “suck it in” while performing to learning how to properly brace and stabilize during my lifts. But the part that is so cool about this style of training is that you can translate everything that applies to lifting and working out to activities you do throughout the day.


Laura Shares:

I thought I had a strong core. I thought I warmed up enough. I thought because I was flexible, I was doing my lifts correctly. But none of that turned out to be true. 


I was working on changing my back squat form over the course of a few weeks, but my ego kept me from going lighter on the weight. Until one day when I walked out of the gym limping and my lower back was on fire. It hurt to drive. I couldn’t sit without pain and I definitely couldn’t workout. It turns out I wasn’t bracing properly, and I definitely wasn’t preparing my body for work in an effective way. 


What I learned though was that my getting hurt wasn’t strictly because of lifting or my ego; so much of the issue was what I was doing – or not doing – in my daily life. 


My posture, especially in my hips, was setting me up for lots of low back pain. And even though I could do a million sit ups, my deep core was weak. These are the muscles that keep us safe and strong ALL the time… when you’re cleaning house, carrying groceries or getting up off the floor. Because of the practices I put into place, I now have an arsenal of tools that I use to take care of my back and increased strength and range of motion throughout my body.

Kellie and Laura both care so much about overall fitness, not just lifting heavy (although that is super fun!). As personal trainers, they spend significant amounts of time working with their clients on their core strength and teaching them how to build a mind muscle connection. 


They also know that without good joint health, everything is harder. They created this camp to be able to share their knowledge and experiences so that anyone who attends will learn things they can take with them and use forever.
